Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Kzemos UK Ltd has applied to London Borough of Islington for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises at Units 5b - 5e and 7a - 7c, 5-7 Hornsey Street, London, N7 8GA. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision of regulated entertainment (to include films and recorded music) and the sale of alcohol on the premises Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 23:00. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 23:00. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the abovementioned application must be received in writing by Alcohol & Entertainment Licences, Islington Council, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR or by email to licensing@islington.gov.uk, no later than 1 August 2025 stating the grounds for objection. The register of London Borough of Islington and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website – www.islington.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
