NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Genting Casinos UK Limited to Westminster City Council for a Premises Licence pursuant to the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of proposed Casino premises to be located at Basement, Lower Basement, Ground Floor and First Floor, Trocadero, 13 Coventry Street, London, W1D 7DH as shown on plans accompanying this application. The proposed application is for a Premises Licence to permit: 1. The sale of alcohol by retail, regulated entertainment including performance of plays, exhibition of films, indoor sporting events, provision of live music, recorded music, performances of dance, other activities similar to music and dance between 00:00 to 23:59 on Mondays to Sundays; 2. The provision of late-night refreshment between 23:00 to 05:00 on Mondays to Sundays; and 3. Opening hours between 00.00 and 23.59 on Mondays to Sundays. Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Public Protection and Licensing (Licensing Team), Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, SW1E 6PQ where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting their website. Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority at the above address or to licensing@westminster.gov.uk no later than 31st July 2025, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
