Notice is given that: Enigma Events Ltd At the premises known as: Hatch End Playing Field, Uxbridge Road, Hatch End, Pinner, HA5 4EA has applied to the London Borough of Harrow for a new premises licence. Licensable activities authorised by the licence: Sale of alcohol, Live Music, Performance of Dance, Recorded Music. The applicant would like to hold quarterly events every year. On the following times: Sunday: 10:00 to 20:00 This application and associated documentation can be viewed online via the following URL: https://www.harrow.gov.uk/licences/pending-licence-applications. Anyone wishing to make representations towards this application can do so by writing to the Head of Licensing, London Borough of Harrow, HCH, Central Depot, Forward Drive, HA3 8FL or by email to licensing@harrow.gov.uk These representations must be made no later than 28 days from the date shown at the top of this notice. The consultation ends on Monday 28 July 2025. Representations must be based on one or more of the four licensing objectives: prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Please note that any petitions must follow certain rules. Copies of the full representations (including personal details) will initially be sent to the applicant for their consideration. Persons making representations in respect of this application must be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before the licensing committee of the council. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine of an unlimited amount.
