Notice is given that JKB ASSETS LTD has applied to Cumberland Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003.

The Licensable activities are:

Performance of live music Sun–Thus 10.00 to 00.00 Fri-Sat 10.00 to 01.00

Playing of recorded music Sun–Thus 10.00 to 00.00 Fri-Sat 10.00 to 01.00

To Supply alcohol Sun–Thus 10.00 to 01.00 Fri-Sat 10.00 to 02.00

Late night refreshments Sun–Thus 23.00 to 02.00 Fri-Sat 23.00 to 03.00

Premises Opening Hours: Sun–Thus 08.00 to 02.00 Fri-Sat 08.00 to 03.00

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing, Cumberland Council, Whitehaven Commercial Park, Moresby Parks, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 8YD or licensing@copeland.gov.uk

Representations must be received no later than (28th July 2025) (within 28 days of the date of this notice)

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
