Notice of application for the grant of a
Premises Licence
We, Caravan Tech Sales Ltd do hereby give notice that we
have applied to the Licensing Authority at Rother District
Council for the grant of a premises licence at Hawkhurst
Road, Hurst Green, Etchingham TN19 7RA and known as
Merriments. The application is to allow the (on/off) sale by
retail of alcohol 0900 – 2200hrs Monday to Sunday. Any
person wishing to make representations to this application
may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Rother DC,
Town Hall, Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX or email
not later than 1 August 2025.
Representations received after this date cannot be
considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at
Rother DC (address above), during normal office hours or

statement in connection with this application, the maximum
fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
