What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Take notice that Amaris Cuisine has applied to Burnley Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Northbridge House, Elm Street, Burnley, BB10 1PD.
The proposed application is as follows:-
To obtain a late night refreshment Licence to operate Sunday- Saturday from 10AM- 4AM.

An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to The Principal Licensing Officer, Burnley Borough Council Licensing Unit, 1st Floor Parker Lane, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 2DT or by email to

licensing@burnley.gov.uk

by 14th July 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
