What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Majestic Wine Warehouses Ltd has applied to Cornwall Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Majestic Wine Warehouse, Fairmantle Street, Truro, TR1 2EQ. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. Sale/Supply of alcohol (off the premises only) and opening hours 08:00 – 23:00 Monday to Sunday. Please see application submitted to the council for full details.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro, TR1 3AY or by e-mail licensing@cornwall.gov.uk no later than 30th July 2025 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Cornwall Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment (telephone number 01872 324210) or on the council’s website - www.cornwall.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
