The following licensable activities are proposed
during the following times: The supply of alcohol
for consumption on and off the premises and the
provision or regulated entertainment (plays, films
live music, recorded music and performance of
dance) from 10.00hrs to 23.00hrs Sunday to
Wednesday and from 10.00hrs to 01.00hrs
Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The provision of
late-night refreshment from 23.00hrs to 01.00hrs
Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Opening hours
from 08.00hrs to 23.30hrs Sunday to Wednesday
and from 08.00hrs to 01.30hrs Thursday, Friday
and Saturday. Non-standard timings also apply in
respect of Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New
Year’s Eve. Full details as per the application. Any
person or responsible authority may make
representations to the licensing authority no later
than 29th July 2025. Any representations must be
in writing. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with an
application, and an unlimited fine is liable on
summary conviction for the offence.
