TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Mr Amanulla Masakhail Does hereby give notice that on 03 July 2025 served application
on the Licensing Authority, Adur District Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for an established hot food takeaway known as: ‘Pizza Night Plus’ 14 Queens Parade, North Rd, Lancing BN15 9BA.
The application is to allow the following licensable activities: Sale of late-night refreshment for consumption off the premises by delivery only. The application seeks to allow licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of: 23:00hrs to 04:00hrs (of the following morning) Monday – Sunday incl. The shop to be open to the public 11:00hrs – 23:00hrs daily.
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to: The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA Or email:

Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 31 July 2025

Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
