LICENSING ACT 2003 – NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Toms Praveen D Mooken, on behalf of Vibes Cafe & Kitchen Ltd, has applied to North Northamptonshire Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises located at: 3 Brook Street, Raunds, Wellingborough, NN9 6LL. The application seeks permission to carry out the following licensable activities:
Provision of late-night refreshment (indoors).
Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises.
We acknowledge that the permitted operating hours are:
08:00 to 23:00 – Monday to Saturday.
09:00 to 22:30 – Sunday.
