NOTICE OF APPLICATION to Adur & Worthing Councils
for the grant of a premises licence by Tipsy Mares Limited
in respect of Tipsy Mares, 7 Warwick Street, Worthing
BN11 3DF to allow the (on & off) Sale by Retail of Alcohol
1000 – 2300hrs Monday to Sunday. Any person who wishes
to submit a representation in respect of this application
should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds
of their representation and send to: The Licensing Unit,
Adur & Worthing Councils, Portland House, 44 Richmond
Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1HS. Such
representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than
28 July 2025. The application may be viewed, in full, at the
above offices between the hours of 9am-4pm Monday
to Friday. Information as to the date of any hearing
to determine the application may be obtained from

www.adur-worthing.gov.uk.


It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is unlimited.
