PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003 To whom it may concern:
We: MW Retail LTD do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at: The Folletts, Market Place, Colyton, Devon, EX24 6JR and known as: Londis
The application is to: Apply to authorise the following licensable activities: The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises and opening hours Monday to Thursday: 7am-7pm Friday to Sunday 7am-8pm.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 29/07/2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
