Richmond Way - Application For The Grant of A Premises Licence

What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by K West Hotel London Ltd to the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham for the grant of a premises licence at Hotel Indigo, Richmond Way, London, W14 0AX. The application includes the following terms:

1. The provision of film, indoors only, between 10am – 2am daily for non-residents and 24 hours for residents and their bona fide guests.

2. The provision of Live and Recorded music, indoors only, between 11pm – 2am daily for non-residents and 24 hours for residents and their bona fide guests.

3. The provision of late-night refreshment, indoors, between 11pm – 2am daily for non-residents and until 5am for the bona fide guests of residents.

4. The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, between 10am – 2am daily for non-residents and 24 hours for residents and their bona fide guests.

5. To allow the above activities for non-residents for extended hours on New Years Eve, as specified in the application.

Anyone wishing to make a representation about this application must give notice in writing specifying the grounds of representation to licensing@lbhf.gov.uk or via our register: www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing to be received by 28th July 2025.

A record of the application details may be inspected at www.lbhf.gov.uk/ licensing or by request (020 8753 1081). Persons making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before a Licensing Sub Committee of the Council.

It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
