What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that I LEEDS CITY
COUNCIL have made an application under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the
premises licence held in respect of the
premises known as:
Roundhay Park, Princes Avenue, LS8 1DE
I propose to vary the terms of the existing
licence as follows:
To increase the capacity from 19’999 to 69’999
Remove annex 2 conditions 10 to 120 and
replace with modern conditions.
Remove the licensable activity of Boxing or
Wrestling entertainment and Indoor Sporting
events.
Responsible authorities or any other person
may make written representations to Leeds City
Council about this application until 29th July
2025 which should be sent to Entertainment
Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall,
Leeds, LS1 1UR
