Application For The Grant Of A Premises Licence
Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by: Dinesh Ranavaya for the
grant of a premises licence in respect of: Budgens, 27 Daisy
Lane, Little Kimble, Aylesbury, HP17 0BU. The licensable
activities proposed are as follows: The sale of alcohol,
Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 22:00. Full details of this
application and the proposed activities may be viewed
during normal office hours at the Council Offices of
Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20
1UA or at the Buckinghamshire Council website. If you
wish to make a representation in respect of this application,

write to Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council, The
Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire,
HP19 8FF. Your representation must be received by
24/07/2025 and should clearly states the grounds upon
which the representations are made.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a licence application.
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction
is unlimited.
