LICENSING ACT 2003 -
APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A
PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application to vary
a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation
has been made by John Ling & Son Limited to East Lindsey
District Council in respect of premises known as: Three
Monkeys Bar which are situated at North Parade Skegness
PE25 2TE. A brief description of the proposed variation, is
as follows: To increase the licensed area to include the
balcony on the first floor and to change the name of the
premises. The record of the application may be inspected
at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District
Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH,
by prior appointment (email:

licensing@e-lindsey.gov.uk)

during normal office hours. Any representations by
interested parties or Responsible Authorities regarding the
application must be made in writing or email to the
Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above
address by 1 August 2025.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up
to Level 5 (£5000) on the Standard Scale, to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection with the
variation application.
