What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Park Resorts Limited in respect of Premises known as Highfield Grange Holiday Park, London Road, Clacton on Sea, CO16 9QY applied to Tendring District Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to approved alterations at the holiday park to add two new retail units to the external licensed area; amend the hours for sale of alcohol on Sunday to bring them in line with other days (1000 to 0100 the following morning); also to remove outdated conditions and update conditions in line with current legislation. There are no changes to the existing licensable activities, other hours and remaining conditions.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by email to licensingsection@tendringdc.gov.uk or by post to The Licensing Team, Tendring District Council, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton on Sea, CO15 1SE no later than 25th July 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Tendring District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – http://www.tendringdc.gov.uk/.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
