Recorded music - (indoors and outdoors) Monday to Thursday 10.00 -23.00, Friday and Saturday 10.00 - 00.00, Sunday 10.00 - 22.00.
Provision of late night refreshment - (indoors and outdoors) Friday and Saturday 23.00 - 00.30.
The sale of alcohol - (on and off sales) Monday to Thursday 11.00 -00.00, Friday and Saturday 11:00 - 00.30, Sunday 11.00 - 23.00.
Opening hours - Monday to Thursday 09.00 - 00.30, Friday and Saturday 09.00 to 01.00, Sunday 09.00 - 23.00.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1 EJ not later than 23rd July 2025.
Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING.
