What is proposed?

APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

+VENTURE BATTERSEA LIMITED is applying for the VARIATION of a Premises Licence at Luna Springs, 18-19 Hack Street, B9 4AH

If GRANTED the application will allow: Changing operating hours for licensable activities to: 1000 to 0300 DAILY

Premises will stay open 30 mins afterwards to allow egress of patrons

These timings will also have these conditions/variations: British Summer Time: Licensable activities extended by 1 hour

On Bank Holiday Sundays including Easter - To be treated as Saturday night timings

New Years Eve - from the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to start of permitted hours on New Years Day.

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on July 17th 2025

It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
