What is proposed?

I, Georgina Miles, do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Wealden District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Unit 7, Blenheim Studio, Lewes Road, East Sussex RH18 5EZ and known as The Cool Hamper Company The application is to: authorise off sales of alcohol, Mon-Sun 09:00-18:00. 

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Wealden DC, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham BN27 2AX or email licensing@rother.gov.uk not later than 21st July 2025. 

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. Details of the above application may be viewed on the Licensing Register at the Council Offices www.wealden.gov.uk It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited
