What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003
Application for a Premises Licence

An application has been made by AVT Capital Ltd
for a premises licence for India Bistro 33-39
Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton, Leeds LS7 3PD.
The application provides for the supply of alcohol
from 11:00 to 00:30 Monday to Saturday and 12:00
to 22:30 on Sundays. Regulated entertainment
and late night refreshment to the same terminal
hours.
Representations may be made by interested
parties and Responsible Authorities to the licensing
authority at Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City
Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
Any representations relating to the application
must be made in writing and received by the
Licensing Team at the above address, or at

entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk

by no later
than the 28th July 2025. It is an offence under
Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone
to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement
in connection with a licensing application. The
maximum fine on conviction is unlimited.
