APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

A variation to a Premises Licence has been made by Tesco Stores Limited to City of Wolverhampton Council in respect of premises known as Tesco Stores Limited which are situated at Penn Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV2 4NJ.

The application is as follows:
The application proposes to include the kiosk at the petrol filling station within the ambit of the Premises Licence for the main store. The existing hours, activities and conditions relating to the main store are applied for on exactly the same basis as currently exists and do not change, and will be applied to the kiosk at the petrol filling station.
