The proposed application is - Sale of alcohol / Recorded music: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 - 00:00, Friday – Saturday, 10:00 - 01:30, Sundays immediately preceding Bank Holidays, 10:00 - 01:00, Christmas Eve, 10:00 - 02:00, New Years Eve, 10:00 - 03:00. Provision of late night refreshment: Sunday - Thursday, 23:00 - 00:00, Friday - Saturday 23:00 - 01:30, Sundays immediately preceding Bank Holidays, 23:00 - 01:00, Christmas Eve, 23:00 - 02:00, New Year's Eve, 23:00 - 03:00. The opening hours of the premises: Sunday – Thursday, 08:00 - 00:30, Friday – Saturday, 08:00 - 02:00, Sundays immediately preceding Bank Holidays, 08:00 - 01:30, Christmas Eve, 08:00 - 02:30, New Years Eve, 08:00 - 03:00.
Any representation by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, St Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Street, St Albans, Herts, AL1 3JE, or by email to licensing@stalbans.gov.uk no later than 21/07/2025 stating the grounds for objection. The register of St Albans City and District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the Council, given above, Mondays-Thursdays, 8:45am – 5:00pm and Fridays, 8:45am – 4:30pm.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
