NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd June 2025 Asda Stores Limited applied to Bolsover District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express 2 Elmton Road Creswell Worksop S80 4HE. The proposed licensable activities are ;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 06.00 to 24.00 for customers attending the premises and 24 hours a day for deliveries. 2. To permit late night refreshment limited to hot drinks only on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 24.00 Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire District Council, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield S42 6NG or email; licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk no later than the 21st July 2025 stating the grounds for representations.
