What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Caffe Ori Limited has applied to Liverpool City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Ori Caffe, Ground Floor, John Lewis Store, South John Street, Liverpool, L1 8BJ.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are to permit the sale of alcohol both on and off the premises 0900 to 2200 and opening hours Monday to Sunday 0900 to 2230.

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it atliverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 0151 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application.

Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no later than the 24th July 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
