APPLICATION FOR A FULL VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Billy’s on the Beach Ltd has applied to Chichester District Council to vary a premises licence in respect of: Billy’s on the Beach, Bracklesham Lane, Bracklesham Bay, PO20 8JS.
The variation seeks to extend the licensed boundary to include the paved area and mobile unit directly in front of the main premises, for the sale and consumption of alcohol, recorded music, and occasional live performances.
There are no changes to the existing hours or licence conditions.
The register of applications can be inspected at the Licensing Team, Chichester District Council, East Pallant House, East Pallant, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1TY during normal office hours.
Any representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 28 days from the date of this notice.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and doing so may result in a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
