NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE

LICENSING OF SEX ESTABLISHMENT


Address of premises Unit 16, Beechwood Business Park, Burdock Close, Cannock, Staffs, WS11 7GB.  I Timothy Hemming of Simply Pleasure Ltd, Spring Lane, Forest Gate Business Park, Ringwood, BH24 3FH hereby give notice that I have applied to Cannock Chase District Council under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982,
for a license to use the premises referred to above as a sex shop, during the hours of 10am-6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. 10am-7pm Thursday, Friday. 10-6pm   Saturday.  10am–4pm Sunday. (Except Easter Sunday and Bank Holidays).
Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing to the Managing Director, Civic Centre, PO Box 28, Beecroft Road, Cannock, Staffs, WS11 1BG within 28 days of the date of this Notice.
