Mr Christopher Baxter Does hereby give notice that on 23 June 2025 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, for a new Premises Licence at: 2 High Street, Worthing, West Sussex, BN14 7NN
The application seeks authorisation for licensable activity in the form of the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises and recorded music:
Alcohol Sales:
11:00hrs to 23:00hrs Tuesday-Saturday
12:00hrs to 21:30hrs Sunday
Recorded Music:
11:00hrs to 23:00hrs Tuesday-Saturday
12:00hrs to 21:30hrs Sunday
Opening to the Public
11:00hrs to 23:00hrs Tuesday-Saturday
12:00hrs to 21:30hrs Sunday
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and email to:

Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: Monday 21 July 2025

Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
