Licensing Act 2003: Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

I John James Marriott give notice that I have applied to Bolsover District Council as Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence in respect of The Unity, Fordbridge Lane, South Normanton, Alfreton, DE55 2BR.
The application is for Sale of alcohol & recorded music Monday to Thursday 11:00-00:30, Friday & Saturday 11:00-01:00.
Live music Monday to Sunday 08:00-23:00.
Performance of Dance Monday to Sunday 20:00-23:30.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire District Council, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, S42 6NG or email

licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk

not later than 21st July 2025.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Section on 01246 217884/217885.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being up to £5000.
