Licensing Act 2003: Application for Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Henley Retail CD Limited has applied to North Somerset Council for the variation of the Premises Licence for One Stop, 8/8A Old Street, Clevedon, Somerset BS21 6ND. The proposed application is to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol from 00:00 until 24:00 on Mondays to Sundays, and also to replace the current Conditions with those attached to the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 21st July 2025 stating the ground for making said representation to:

A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept at the address below and may be inspected during normal office hours. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for Premises Licence and there is an unlimited fine on being convicted of such offence.
