What is proposed?

Licensing Application for a
Premises Licence
LICENSING ACT 2003
An application has been made by Carlton
Towers Cricket Club to North Yorkshire
Council on 27th June 2025 to grant the
Premises Licence for Fishpond Field, High
Street, Carlton, North Yorkshire, DN14 9LY.
The proposed days and hours of opening is
as follows: Monday-Sunday 11:00-23:00.
Activities to include the sale of alcohol on the
premises 11:00-23:00 Monday-Sunday.
The full application can be viewed at the
offices of the Licensing Authority at North
Yorkshire Council, Licensing, Civic Centre.
Doncaster Road, Selby between 10am and
4pm. All representations to this application
must be made in writing to North Yorkshire
Council (licensing.sel@northyorks.gov.uk)
within 28 days from the date of this notice. It
is an offence for anyone to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction
should such a false statement be made.
