What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - Public Notice
Windmill Hill Brewing Co Ltd is applying for the variation of
a Premises Licence for Unit 14, Victoria Business Centre,
Neilston Street, Leamington Spa, CV31 2AZ
If granted the application will allow the following licensable
activities to take place: 1) To replace the wording in our
license operating schedule with the new wording on this
variation application. 2). To add the provision of regulated
entertainment by way of showing films. 3) To increase our
alcohol sales and opening hours to 09:00 - 23:00 (Monday
- Saturday) and 12:00 - 22:00 on Sundays.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this
application may do so by writing to the Licensing Authority:

Representations may only be made for 28 consecutive days
from the date of this Notice.
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is
kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The
application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to
5.00 pm, and 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on Fridays, except Bank
Holidays.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the Standard
Scale.
