Kassem's Ltd has applied to Dacorum Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the following licence: 51 Waterhouse Street, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP1 1EA which would authorise the following licensable activities: Recorded music, late night refreshments, supply of alcohol, Friday and Saturday 11am to 1am, Sunday to Thursday 11am to 11pm.

A responsible authority or any other person may male representation to the licensing authority in respect of this application. Representations must be made in writing, either by post to the above address, or by email to
and must be received no later than 09/07/2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
