NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION
OF A PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES: The Met Hotel Leeds, King Street, Leeds,
LS1 2HQ. Notice is given that Lagonda Leeds Opco Ltd
has applied to Leeds City Council to vary a Premises
Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed
variations are:- 1. To approve alterations to the layout
details of which are shown on the plans submitted with the
application; 2. To remove a number of conditions which are
embedded and/or more properly addressed by obligations
under other regimes, as detailed in the application; 3. To
include plays and films from 10.00 until 04.00 daily (films
in hotel bedrooms unrestricted); and 4. To include
bedrooms floors within the licensed area. Anyone who
wishes to make representations regarding this application
must write to the Licensing Officer Entertainment

Representations must be received by 23 July 2025. The
register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by
appointment or at

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection with this
application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
