Notice of application to Vary a Premises Licence under The Gambling Act 2005
Notice is hereby given that: Silvertime Casinos Limited of the following address: 48-50 High Street, Watford Postcode: WD17 2BS is applying under Section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Converted Casino Premises Licence under that Act.
The application relates to the following premises: Formerly Palacegate Casino, 1A Palace Gate, London Postcode: W8 5LS.
The application is to vary the licence as follows: The application is pursuant to Section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 and paragraph 65(12) of Part 7 of Schedule 4 to the Gambling Act (Commencement No. 6) Order 2006 to vary the converted casino licence to relocate the premises to 46 Notting Hill Gate, London, W11 3HZ.

It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
