NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Sloane Stanley Properties Limited has applied to The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea on 25 June 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at 275-277 Fulham Road London SW10 9PZ for the provision of the sale by retail of alcohol (on sales) Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 21:30, as more particularly set out in the application.
The application is to reinstate the licence on the behalf of the landlord and is made on the same terms as the licence which was under reference number 16/181099/2.
A register of licensing applications is held by the Licensing Authority and can be inspected at www.rbkc.gov.uk/licensing or at The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX, tel. 020 7341 5152, by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Any person wishing to submit representations must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by no later than 23 July 2025.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the Maximum Fine on Summary Conviction (Level 5 on the Standard Scale) is unlimited.
