What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 

Notice is hereby given that Mr Jasmeet Singh Kapoor has applied to Ealing Council for Premises Licence. 

Proposed Licensing Activities are: Retail Sale of Alcohol: Monday – Saturday: 08:00 – 23:00, Sunday 10:00 – 22:30. For the following premises: Gurjas Food & Wine, 86 The Green, Southall UB2 4BG. 

Details of the application can be viewed on the council’s website www.ealing.gov.uk or by contacting the licensing team on 020 8825 6655. 

Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of the application must notify the Licensing Team, Ealing Council, Regulatory Services, Perceval House, 14 – 16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing W5 2HL in writing or via email: licensing@ealing.gov.uk by 16/07/2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four licensing objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. 

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
