An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a new Premises Licence by Rota Da Carne Ltd in respect of: Minas Brazil – 31 Commercial Road– Swindon SN1 5NS
The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: Sale of Alcohol (On and Off License) – Monday to Saturday from 08:00 Am Until 22:00; Sunday from 08:00 Am Until 20:00
The full application may be inspected at the Swindon Borough Council Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09:00 hours and 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday.
Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/business living or working within the vicinity) can make representations at any time between 13/06/2025 and 10/07/2025.
All representations must be made in writing (including email or fax), to the Licensing Authority, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
