Application For A New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Canal Quarter PLH Ltd has applied in respect of The Cardiff Arms 23 Churchill Way, Cardiff CF10 2HE for the grant of a new premises licence under the licensing act 2003 to permit the following:

Opening hours to the public to be Monday to Sunday from 11.00h to 0230h.
Hours for the provision for the sale of alcohol to be Monday to Sunday 11.00h to 02.00h.
Hours for the provision of regulated entertainment (live music, recorded music and anything similar to live music/recorded music and performance of dance) on Monday to Sunday 11.00h until 02.00h.
Hours for the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 2300h to 0230h.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by the 24th July 2025 to the Cardiff Council Licensing Authority at City Hall, Cardiff Cf10 3NDor via email to licensing@cardiff.gov.uk tel 02920 871651.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address (by appointment Monday to Friday (inclusive) from 10am until 3.00pm.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
