NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Shaftesbury AV Limited has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 19 June 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Shadow Licence G1 Kingly Court 49 - 51 Carnaby Street London W1F 9PY for the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Thursday 23:00 to 23:30 and Friday to Saturday 23:00 to 00:00 and the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:30, Friday to Saturday 10:00 to 00:00 and Sundays 12:00 to 22:30 with the addition of non-standard timings, as more particularly set out in the application. The application is made on the exact same terms as the granted licence 24/04818/LIPT.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 17 July 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
