What is proposed?

Section 34 Licensing Act 2003: Full Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Retailing Limited, has applied to Westminster City Council on 20th June 2025 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at: 137-143 Gloucester Place, London, NW1 5AL and known as the Allsop Arms.

To vary the following hours: Sale by Retail of Alcohol – Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 00:30. Late Night Refreshment – Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 00:30. Opening hours – Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 01:00. To amend Annex 3 condition (10) to reflect proposed changes to hours. To remove the condition - When a customer chooses to pay by credit/debit card, he/she will be presented with an itemised bill upon final payment showing details of all drinks and food purchased. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 18th July 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Team, 15th Floor, Westminster City Council, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP or by email to licensing@westminster.gov.uk. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
