What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Capital Pleasure Boats Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Westminster City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Bar at Temple at Temple Pier, Victoria Embankment, London, WC2R 2PN. The application includes the following terms:- 1. To extend the licensable area to include part of the dock where the vessel is permanently moored as indicated on the plan attached with the application. 2. To add the provision for sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. 3. To vary conditions of the licence under Annex 2 as per the application.

Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Westminster City Council, Licensing Team, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 22 July 2025 (www.westminster.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
