What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marks and Spencer Simply Food Limited to the Licensing Authority of Westminster City Council for a Premises Licence for Marks & Spencer Simply Food, 3-11, Southampton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2E 7HA.

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises between 0700 and 2300 7 days a week and from 0600 and 2300 for the 7 days before Christmas Day. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Westminster City Council, Licensing Team, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 15th July 2025 (www.westminster.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
