LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT F. Talati & Co. Ltd has applied to London Borough of Islington on 23 June 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at 89 Charterhouse Street, London, EC1M 6HR for the provision of late night refreshment and the sale by retail, Sunday to Thursday 10:00-23:00 and Friday to Saturday 10:00- 00:00, of alcohol as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Alcohol and entertainment licences, Islington Council, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR or by email to: licensing@islington.gov.uk to be received by no later than 21 July 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.Islington.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
