What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Consolidated Developments Limited has applied to London Borough of Camden for the grant of a Shadow Premises Licence in respect of Premises at Bar, 7 Denmark Street, London WC2H 8LZ. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Alcohol (on and off sales) and Recorded Music, Monday to Saturday 11:00 to midnight, 11:00 to 22:30 Sunday; Late Night Refreshment Monday to Saturday 23:00 to midnight. Opening Hours Monday to Saturday 11:00 to 00:30, Sunday 11:00 to 23:00. Licensable activities and opening hours extended from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day. Note the application repeats existing licence permissions and conditions attached to PREM-LIC\115817 with additional conditions offered given this is a Shadow Licence applied for by the Landlord.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by London Borough of Camden Licensing Authority (Contact Camden), 5 Pancras Square, c/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE or online at www.camden.gov.uk no later than 15th July 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of London Borough of Camden and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.camden.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
