Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Consolidated Developments Limited has applied to London Borough of Camden for the grant of a Shadow Premises Licence in respect of Premises at Apartments - Shaldon Mansions, 132 Charing Cross Road, London, WC2H 0LA. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Alcohol (on sales), Films and Opening hours Monday to Sunday 00:00 to 00:00 (24 hours per day, seven days per week). Note the application repeats existing licence permissions and conditions attached to PREMLIC\ 105104 with additional conditions offered given this is a Shadow Licence applied for by the Landlord. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by London Borough of Camden Licensing Authority (Contact Camden), 5 Pancras Square, c/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE or online at www.camden.gov.uk no later than 17th July 2025 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of London Borough of Camden and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.camden.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
