Notice is hereby given that: AMAN FERU has applied to the London Borough of Camden on 17/06/2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Engocha Ethiopian and Eritrean Cuisine, 143 Fortess Road, London NW5 2HR for the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 16/07/2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: London Borough of Camden Licensing Authority 5 Pancras Square C/o Town Hall Judd Street LondonWC1H 9JE or email to: licensingrepresentation@camden.gov.uk. The register can be viewed online by visiting www.camden.gov.uk and following the links. Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can use a computer to view the applications at 5 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG. Representations must be received by the licensing authority by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
