Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Venues Everywhere Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Camden on 19 June 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at 60-70 Shorts Gardens, Camden WC2H 9AH for the provision of regulated entertainment (Sunday to Thursday 09:30 to 22:30; Friday to Saturday 09:30 to 23:30) and the sale by retail of alcohol (Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 22:00; Friday to Saturday 10:00 to 23:00) Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 17 July 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Team, Camden Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE or email to: licensingrepresentation@camden.gov.uk. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.camden.gov.uk and following the links. Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can use a computer to view the applications at the following address, Camden Town Hall, 5 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
