LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises - NIKO, 12 Park Street, Lytham St Annes, FY8 5LU
Notice is given that Mr David Whitter has applied to the
Borough of Fylde Licensing Authority for a Grant of a
Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are:
Sale and supply of alcohol – Monday to Sunday - 11:00 to
23:30
Recorded and live music – Monday to Sunday - 11:00 to
00:00
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding
this application must give notice in writing to:
Licensing Department, Fylde Borough Council, Town
Hall, Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire, FY8 1LW Or by
e-mail to:

licensing@fylde.gov.uk

Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days
from the date of this notice.
The Application Record and Register may be viewed
between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday at the above
address or at -

www.fylde.gov.uk


It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with an application and the maximum fine
for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited)
