APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK Ltd
has applied to Leeds City Council for a Premises
Licence for Popeyes, 5-6 Commercial St, Leeds
LS1 6AL to provide for late night refreshment on
and off daily 11pm until 5am. A register of licensing
applications can be inspected at: The Licensing
Department, Leeds Council, Civic Hall, Leeds LS1
1UR by appointment or at

Any person wishing to
submit representations to this application must
give notice in writing to the licensing authority at
the address shown above, giving in detail the
grounds of objection by 17 July 2025.
Representations must relate to one of the four
Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and
disorder, public safety, the prevention of public
nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited
fine to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application.
